In January and February 2020, I had the honor to receive Ayurvedic teachings and treatments from Dr. Prateek Ji. The knowledge and wisdom he embodies is eye opening - identifying one’s own dosha, he assessed what had happened within my body and provided a tailored treatment schedule and diet adjustments, without knowing anything about me or my background he acknowledged all my imbalances with his careful examination. I felt so much better after the treatment and it felt as if a lot of weight was lifted off my holistic body. Truly a healing experience. Dr. Prateek Ji is very knowledgeable and guides one easily through the process of one’s own Ayurvedic journey. He is very kind, friendly and very approachable. If you have the chance to take a class or treatment with him, I would highly recommend it. It is worth your time, your energy, everything and you will thank yourself later for taking care of you.

I had the opportunity to learn an introduction to Ayurveda course with Dr. P.S.Rawat sir at Heal Ayurveda Academy. He is an excellent doctor, teacher and also a mentor. He was very thorough in his teachings, with very good analysis and explanations going into depth of various topics. For him, teaching was not just in theory but a lot of application in real life as well. From my class on Ayurveda, and a consultation, I am able to incorporate these aspects in my day to day life for a more healthy and balanced lifestyle. Moreover, he is a very nice and compassionate person who is very helpful and kind to all. I really enjoyed my classes and look forward to more classes soon!

When I heard about the 6 days course in Ayurveda, with few hours each day, I was a bit skeptical as it seemed a very short duration to cover the various topics mentioned. Had a chat with Dr. Prateek and decided to go ahead anyways as had nothing to loose.But to my pleasant surprise the course ended up being very comprehensive and informative and we always did far more than an hour each day! Dr. Prateek is very approachable, knowledgeable and conveys the information in an easy relaxed manner. He is quick to answer queries and keeps us engaged with interesting trivia and facts whilst imparting a lot of knowledge. I am really glad I took the chance and did this course.
